Automatic closed Flip top cap mould

Flip top cap is one of the common see cap in our daliy life.
For shampoo, jam and cosmetic, there always use flip top.
When we use it, the cap belt flexible is very important,
how to keep the cap with good flexibility?
It relates to the cap mould, when the cap come out from the mould, it is open,
only when it close immediatly, the cap can keep good flexibility,
so mould maker think up a structure of automatic close that will save labor to do it.
But until now, this structure is not very mature in Chinese market,
only few company can manage this structure, while Sino is one of them.
