  •  Hinge is easy to be snapped.
  • The rib inside the clamshell is completely pulled flanging.

  • Spring force is not enough or mould unloading is too quick.
  • If lower the speed of mould unloading, the surface of the clamshell still remain in the cavity of moving die without any space of outreach deformation. When Strong to take off the inner rib of clamshell, the rib is completely pulled flanging.

Solutions for above problems:
  •  When open the mold, the mold should not be influenced by the spring force or the speed of mould unloading.
  •   In order to prevent the hinge from being snapped, cap body should be remained in the side of female die.
