The characteristics of the PET injection moulding machine:
  • The scope of the mould and injection is wide. It can be adopted to produce diferent kinds of PET preforms, such as water bottle, oil bottle, wide-mouth bottle and 5 gallon bottle and so on.
  • Products matching complete, including providing dehumidification, dry, smoke, freeze, mould, hot runner and whole plant planning of any other automatic surrounding equipments.
  • Special Injection structure design so that facilitate the plasticization molding of the PET raw material.
  • Injection and clamp mold adopt linear potentiometer which can accurately control distance, and the degree of precision reach up to 0.1mm.
  • Adopting PID temperature control which has screw between cold start restrictions, break detects and heat preservation functions. It also can control the temperature error (plus or minus one). It can be conducive to the stability of the molding.
  • The PET perform has high stability of the dimensions and low reject ratio.
