The material mostly PP or HDPE, when we make the mould,we will choose the suitable steel, mould design is the most important. A perfent design decide the mould’s life.We view highly of the ejection when we design the mould, not every company will consider this point.
 To keep the mould quality,tooling plays an important part. CNC,EDM, lathe, argon arc welding, boring mill, wire-electrode cutting, external grinding, internal grinding and so on.
   This cap mould, we should confirm the high precision, we have professional test center. We have 3D(CMM) coordinate measuring machine widely used in the whole mould, mold parts,product measurement,reverse scan and verify the fixture,whose precision of up to 3+4/1000MU.
