5 gallon bottle production line

5 Gallon bottle production line contain several steps,
From the preform production to bottle blowing.

5 gallon preform, the weight is around 600-700g.
considering injection molding machine injection weight,
5 gallon preform always with 1 or 2 cavities.
5 gallon preform is long, so the machine open stroke should also big,
while some machine don't have so big opening stroke, so it always work with semi-automatic,
it needs person to take off the preform.

As for the blowing step, 5 gallon bottle is big, it also always done with semi-automatic.
The production quantity only can reach about 50-180 pcs/h.
Of course, there are high production quantity blowing machine with fully automatic,
but the cost of machine is very high, so some customer will prefer to do with semi-automatic.
