PET preform neck types

PET preform neck has many type standard: PCO, ROPP, BPF...
PET preform neck is very important to a preform.
PET preform neck is molded by neck screw insert.
PCO standard is one kind of most popular preform neck,
BPF standard is mostly used in Europe market.
No matter what kind of neck, the most important is the size of the neck,
because this part is fitting to cap, only when it with precision dimension,
the preform and cap can fit very well.
As the preform neck is molded by two inserts,
there must be a parting line on the preform neck,
so it will be very important whether we can do the parting line very well,
also the two inserts should be on the same line,
otherwise, the thread will not continue and difficult to fit the cap.
