Serious of mould –cap, preform and handle

 Sino Mould Company is the biggest mould manufacturer in China. Our company produces all kinds of moulds; we have rich mold production experience. Now I will focus on introduce Packaging Mould.
First is Cap Mould. Our company produces the most the cavity is 120 cavities. The steel of the mold core and cavity is S420, mould base we choose P20. The cap mould cycle time also 9S. Each cap is very fine work, must fix with preform. The raw material of cap we also use HDPE, because it will be make cap more stronger and long life time.
Then is preform mould. Preform mould we have 144 cavities. To produce preform we also use our brunch company Dakumar PET injection molding machine. And use hotter runner with valve gate system. The core and cavity choose S420, the mould base use DIN1.2311. Each preform should fix with the cap.
Last is handle mould. We also use cold runner to produce handle mould. Handle and cap we also use Dakumar High Speed Injection Molding Machine. We have different shape of handle : such as two finger handle, three finger handle and so on. If you want the handle fix with preform, the diameter of handle should same perform, then it will be strict.
